MassMutual Asset Finance (“Company” or “MMAF”), is a wholly owned subsidiary of Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company and Affiliates (“MassMutual”).

MMAF’s focus is to serve as a consistent and reliable capital source for high credit-quality transactions for a select group of national syndication sources. MMAF provides competitive rates on a wide variety of structures and collateral types, and invests primarily in transactions with investment-grade or near investment grade public companies and large private companies that exhibit a strong credit profile. Through its parentage MMAF has the balance sheet strength to support its partners' funding needs, with transaction values typically ranging from $5 million to $50 million.

The MMAF management team is experienced in dealing with the issues common to the syndication market, and is committed to maintaining excellent relationships with its funding partners and their clients. This management team has successfully executed this business plan in both growth and recessionary periods. The majority of the management team has been together for more than fifteen years in; a regulated bank environment; as an independent equipment finance company; and now as a wholly owned subsidiary of a highly rated insurance company. This team has funded thousands of transactions totaling approximately $4 billion over the past five years.
